gidania fountain pens, writing instruments and collectibles Juergen in Person About me : I am a pen collector since 1990 and I am specialized in Pelikan, Montblanc and Kaweco. When I have started to collect I was a student of economics. In the mid 90ties I have decided to make my hobby to a professional business. Now I restore and sell pens, writing instruments and other nice collectibles. I only offer stuff that I also would buy for my private collection and I also do penrestore for a lot of penshops that are located in my region. About my terms of trade: (1) I know that nobody will like to read long textes, but thats what the government expects from traders. (2) To process the order I of course have to save all the relevant customers data. But I of course never would pass them to a third partie. (3) Shipment will be made with the German postal service as registered letters or as insured parcels. Thats up to my customers, what they do prefer. Please notice: registered letters are not insured. Insured shipping only is possible in insured parcels. shipping costs are described in my auctionsPlease notice that any export outside of Europe send as parcels possibly will be controled by the custome. You for sure will understand that all import duties and taxes are in the responsibility of the customer. (4) Payment will be possible with: bank transfer or paypal or if the customer has an other way I of course will check if special wishes are possible to accept. (5) Please check the item when it has arrived: I always try to do my best, but I am only a human being and faults should not happen, but they can. If there will be a defective on a item I of course will try to repaire it for free and refund the money if the fault is on my side. Items that are broken buy faulty handling of the buyer can not be refunded. So please ask if there are any questions in handling an vintage collectible. If its broken, we both will not be happy. I always will try to make the descriptions as good as possible and if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask. I will try to answer as good as possible. (6) A return of a good incase that its defective only will accepted within one month after receipt. A return of a good because you don like it will be accepted in trade for something else or against refund. In that case, any costs, like auction fees, bank fees and shipping fees will not be refunded. Über meine Person: Ich bin seit 1990 Sammler von historischen Schreibgeräten. Angefangen zu sammeln habe ich während meines BWL Studiums. Zu der Zeit natürlich nur zum Spaß und Zeitvertreib. Mitte der 90iger Jahre habe ich mich dann entschieden aus dem Hobby einen Beruf zu machen. Ich habe ein Gewerbe angemeldet und handel jetzt mit Schreibgeräten, interessanten Sammlerstücken und repariere im Auftrag von Kunden und einigen Schreibgerätefachhändlern der Region historische Schreibgeräte. Sollte jetzt jemand auf die Idee kommen ob ich bei ebay gekaufte Füller repariere muß ich leider verneinen. Den sogenannten " Kenne mich nicht aus Schrott und die Dachbodenfunde " sollen und müssen die Verkäufer zurücknehmen, auch wenn sie es ausdrücklich ausschließen.
